On Monday we drove through the Hinterlands to my favourite stop along the Northern NSW coast; Cabarita Beach.The sky was a cornflower blue, the sand was cold but the air was warm. The surf was so calm that the surfers were all lying on their boards, rocking up and down on the waves. Two dolphins cut through the water below us, and farther out, Humpbacks were breaching and spouting.
